Sanlam Investments Group is offering an Administration Assistant position within their dynamic team. This role involves delivering general administrative support to clients trading in both local and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for clients trading on the JSE and over 20 international markets.
- Open and maintain client accounts.
- Assist clients with online trading platforms.
- Liaise with the trading desk on behalf of clients.
- Manage corporate actions and proxy voting processes.
- Resolve client queries efficiently while maintaining effective communication regarding trading matters.
- Conduct intra-day risk management tasks; submit daily reports to the Head of Online Trading.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; Matric with pure Mathematics/Accounting is also considered if relevant experience is present.
Experience: At least two to five years working in administration within financial markets, preferably with knowledge of offshore products like contracts for difference (CFDs).
