Role Overview
The Vehicle Administrator will be responsible for engaging with clients through various communication channels, conducting thorough vehicle background checks, and networking within the industry. The role involves following a workflow process and liaising with inspectors to convert leads into acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Accurately filter and convert existing leads into acquisitions.
- Vehicle Background Checks: Complete comprehensive checks on vehicles.
- Client Management: Manage client bookings and retain existing and prospective customers.
- Communication: Liaise with customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, and SMS.
- Relationship Building: Build trust with customers to enhance brand reputation.
- Support: Provide support to other areas of the department as needed.
Qualifications and Experience
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Experience: 2 years of prior experience in a similar administrative or vehicle buying role.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license.
- Criminal Record: No criminal record.
- Skills:
- Organized and process-driven.
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) in English and Afrikaans.
- Proficiency in modern technology and systems.
