Nedbank is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide operational and administrative support to management. The successful candidate will coordinate and manage various business activities to assist executives in fulfilling their mandates.

Key Responsibilities
- Support multiple executives and managers by handling administrative and personal tasks.
- Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Diary management – schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Handle correspondence – manage emails, letters, and communications on behalf of executives.
- Arrange travel plans – book flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Act as a liaison between executives, staff, and clients.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Prepare reports, memos, invoices, and meeting minutes.
- Order office equipment and supplies as required.
- Manage ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
Education:
- Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
- Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
Experience:
- 5 years of secretarial experience in a corporate or client service environment.
- Experience in managing executive functions and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in an innovative, knowledge-driven workplace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Secretarial Diploma
- Advanced Diploma or National First Degree in a relevant field
