FNB is looking for a Personal Assistant to provide essential support to the Executive and Business Unit, allowing them to focus on high-level tasks.

Purpose of the Job
The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operation within the team.
Responsibilities
- Act responsibly with work-related resources to contribute to cost containment.
- Plan and schedule the manager’s activities to enhance quality and service delivery.
- Continuously assess personal performance and seek feedback for improvement.
- Produce high-quality work in line with compliance and governance standards.
- Deliver on performance objectives according to set procedures and service level agreements.
- Comply with statutory, legislative, policy, and governance requirements.
- Foster a culture of service excellence and build positive stakeholder relationships.
Qualifications
- A qualification in PA/Administration is advantageous.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in coordinating meetings efficiently, including logistics such as catering and room facilities.
- Ability to make travel arrangements (local and international).
- Experience in preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and action items.
- Skills in consolidating monthly management reports and reminding teams of deadlines and tasks.
- Experience assisting with onboarding logistics for new team members.
- Capable of facilitating team events and social activities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
