Key Responsibilities
- Administrative & Organizational Support: Provide executive support to senior management, ensuring efficiency in daily operations.
- Legal Support: Assist with basic legal documentation, correspondence, and compliance-related tasks.
- Office Management: Oversee office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and coordination.
- Communication & Liaison: Manage correspondence, coordinate meetings, and act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Diary Management: Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and deadlines effectively.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Prior experience in administration (legal experience will be an added advantage).
