Woodlands Dairy is seeking a Procurement Clerk to manage the day-to-day operations of the PPE store and systems. The successful candidate will ensure that all necessary documentation is obtained for invoice approval and payment processing.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily running of the PPE store and maintain accurate systems.
- Ensure all PPE master data and movements are captured, and conduct stock reconciliations.
- Follow up on discrepancies according to Health & Safety regulations.
- Continuously report on spending and identify opportunities for cost savings.
Knowledge and Skills
- Qualifications:
- Matric or equivalent qualification.
- A degree in accounting or procurement/supply chain is preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a planning or procurement role within an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is advantageous.
- Experience with stock reconciliations and strong numerical skills.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Business Central (BC), and familiarity with the Chep portfolio system is preferred.
