Record Keeping: Maintain records of sales activities and report progress to management daily.
Brand Promotion: Actively promote the mobile brand and set up displays at events to attract customers.
FICA Assistance: Help customers submit correct FICA documents when opening new accounts.
Sign-Up Bonus Utilization: Ensure new customers use their sign-up bonuses effectively and guide them on how to bet using the mobile application.
Work Environment Maintenance: Keep work areas neat and tidy to promote a positive image.
Equipment Management: Safeguard and maintain all mobile equipment.
Training Completion: Complete required training modules weekly, including Moodle, bet strike, Voice Note Training, and Trainers on Wheels.
Mobility Requirements: Candidates may need to roam between branches as operational needs arise.
