ADvTECH is seeking a Service Desk Agent to provide timely and effective support for IT and system user queries. This role involves resolving problems, offering basic training, and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relations:
- Establish and maintain optimal relations with clients.
- Ensure agreed standards for call length, wrap-up time, log-on time, and correct coding are met.
Problem Resolution:
- Provide first-line support for hardware and software issues.
- Log and coordinate rapid responses to user queries and problems.
- Offer basic telephonic training on new and existing systems.
Sales Orientation:
- Maximize cross-selling opportunities and meet sales targets in a sales-oriented environment.
Shift Work:
- Work on a shift basis:
- Weekdays: Up to 12 hours (06:00-18:00).
- Saturdays: Up to 6 hours (08:00-14:00).
- Sundays: Up to 4 hours (09:00-13:00).
Requirements
Minimum Education:
- Microsoft Enterprise Administration Certification.
- IT Degree or Diploma.
Experience:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in IT with previous customer service background.
Ideal Qualifications:
- ICT Diploma.
- ITIL Practitioner Certification.
