Qualification:

Minimum of an Advanced Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) advantageous.

Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years Sales Consultant/ Customer Relations Consulting experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

Sales Target Achievement:

  • Plan a sales approach and schedule to ensure achievement of all targets by driving applications and registrations leading up to course starts.
  • Work with the Head: Student Recruitment to develop plans and implement initiatives to increase leads, conversion rates, and advance sales.
  • Monitor and follow up on program leads and conversion rates, making recommendations and taking action on agreed plans.
  • Receive and attend to all leads generated through various forms of advertising.
  • Perform all elements of the administration and sales process to secure registrations.
  • Contact leads and provide required information both electronically and telephonically.
  • Follow up with leads telephonically within 5 working days of lead receipt to ascertain interest in registration.
  • Receive and process completed registration contracts received via online platform.
  • Attend all relevant campus events and initiatives to drive sales and represent the Brand.
  • Ensure stock take of marketing materials is done when required to support the sales process.

Student Guidance:

  • Support students through the application and registration process, providing guidance on course options.
  • Communicate and respond to student queries, providing timely advice and feedback.
  • Consult leads on appropriate program selection, ensuring correct admission assessments and procedures are followed.
  • Use program marketing materials to support student guidance and ensure compliance with Brand requirements.
  • Ensure understanding of all relevant products and options available to guide students on correct program selection in line with their eligibility.

Student Application and Registration Administration:

  • Manage all administration accurately, efficiently, and in detail for student applications, admissions, and registration prior to the program start date.
  • Adhere to Company policies and processes throughout the application and registration process.
  • Maintain accurate records and database management in all business platforms, ensuring records are accurately maintained in line with Company requirements.
  • Conduct confirmation calls with registered students prior to the commencement of the program.
  • Review student applications and check eligibility for programs.
  • Assist with all administration functions of Distance students, including support during the registration period.
