Job Purpose
The Customer Service Agent is responsible for assisting customers with general and specific queries, providing accurate information, and escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
- Listen attentively to customer queries and respond accurately.
- Ensure quality standards are met in all interactions.
- Maintain knowledge of relevant products and procedures.
- Strive for First Call Resolution by providing relevant information.
- Effectively resolve customer queries or escalate faults as necessary.
- Accurately capture customer details during interactions.
- Perform any ad hoc tasks as required.
Skills and Experience
- Qualifications: NQF Level 4/Matric.
- Criminal Record: No criminal record.
- Languages: Fluency in English and/or Zulu and Sotho.
- Technical Skills: Computer literate.
- Experience: Customer service experience is highly advantageous.
