AFHCO is offering a R50,000 educational bursary for the 2025 academic year. This opportunity is open to AFHCO residents or dependents of AFHCO tenants who are pursuing studies at an accredited tertiary institution.

Eligibility Requirements:
To qualify for this bursary:
- Must be an AFHCO resident or dependent of an AFHCO tenant.
- Be a South African citizen.
- Currently in Matric or have completed Matric.
- Intend to study towards a qualification that is at least 12 months long, aligned with SAQA standards.
Application Process:
Download and complete the AFHCO Bursary Application Form.
Submit required documents via email to [email protected], including:
- RSA Identity Document
- Final Grade 11 transcripts (for current Grade 12 students)
- Most recent Grade 12 transcript
- National Senior Certificate and results statement
- Most recent academic results (for tertiary students)
- Motivational letter explaining why you need the bursary and how you would fund your studies otherwise
- Testimonial letter from a teacher, lecturer, principal, or dean
The recipient will be chosen through an externally audited random draw in March 2025.
