The African Institute for Mathematical Sciences (AIMS) is offering the AIMS Google DeepMind Scholarship for the 2025 academic year.
This scholarship is part of a fully residential one-year taught master’s program with a research component, focusing on the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and science.

Eligibility Requirements:
To apply:
- Be an African citizen residing anywhere in Africa at the time of application.
- Have completed a four-year undergraduate degree or a three-year undergraduate degree plus an honors year by August 2025 (December 2025 for Southern Africans).
- Hold an undergraduate degree in fields like Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics.
- Enroll in a Master’s degree program without prior AIMS scholarships.
