The Tsitsikamma Community Wind Farm Trust is accepting applications for its 2025 academic year bursaries.
This initiative aims to support students residing near the Tsitsikamma Community Wind Farm, specifically from the AmaMfengu, Koukamma, or Kouga communities in the Eastern Cape.

Fields of Study
Bursaries will be awarded for studies in the following fields:
- Agricultural Sciences
- Business Management & Economics
- Computer & Information Sciences
- Engineering
- Environmental Sciences
- Health & Clinical Sciences
- Law
- Social Sciences & Humanities
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must be a Black South African as defined by the DTI codes of good practice.
- Must permanently reside within a 50km radius of the Tsitsikamma Community Wind Farm.
- Age between 18 and 29 years.
- Must be studying or intend to study towards a qualification in one of the specified fields.
- Total household income must NOT exceed R350,000 per annum (or R29,000 per month).
