Requirements
- A NQF Level 5 qualification or DHA Qualification in Home Affairs Services at NQF Level 5 as recognized by SAQA.
- Basic understanding of all departmental legislation and prescripts.
- Basic knowledge of the public service Regulatory Framework and Batho Pele Principles.
- A driver’s license will be an added advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Render birth and death registration services.
- Receive notices of birth and supporting documents.
- Perform online verifications.
- Capture applications on the National Population Register.
- Maintain registers and monitor risk.
- Ensure compliance and provide excellent customer service.
