Key Responsibilities
As a Data Capturer, your duties will include:
- Data Entry: Accurately capturing new applications and maintaining updated case records.
- File Management: Establishing and managing digital and manual filing systems.
- Reporting: Preparing and submitting weekly and monthly statistical reports.
- Client Interaction: Assisting clients with data verification and documentation inquiries.
- Administrative Support: Providing general administrative services to enhance operational efficiency.
Essential Requirements
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background: Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Prior experience in data capturing or administrative tasks is advantageous.
- Knowledge Areas: Familiarity with administrative processes and document management systems.
