The Expanded Public Works Programme (EPWP) aims to provide unemployed youth with an opportunity to gain work experience in project support and data capturing roles. Successful candidates will assist in data management, reporting, and administration to enhance the efficiency of EPWP operations.

Minimum Requirements
- A recognised three-year Bachelor’s Degree/National Diploma or equivalent qualification in a related field.
- Preference will be given to candidates with 0-2 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Basic knowledge of Expanded Public Works Programme (EPWP), government planning processes, and reporting protocols.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong organisational, coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and travel when required.

Key Responsibilities
For EPWP Data Capturer – Project Support (Group 01):
- Develop and maintain a database of EPWP reports.
- Capture monthly progress reports on EPWP reporting systems.
- Provide exception reports and reconcile reports received.
- Assist in preparing data management tools.
For EPWP Reporting Data Capturer (Group 10):
- Capture and maintain EPWP project data.
- Ensure all progress reports are up to date.
- Reconcile and validate project data.
- Participate in data quality assessments and assist in report preparation.
- Provide general administrative support.
