The Municipal Infrastructure Support Agent (MISA) is currently accepting applications for x2 Permanent HR Clerk positions. This role is essential for providing human resource support services within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide human resource support services.
- Process transactions on the PERSAL system.
- Ensure effective document management of transactions.
- Perform general administrative functions, including secretariat services at shortlisting and interviews.
- Take minutes, draft submissions, and distribute and collect documents on HRM & D matters.
Minimum Requirements
- An appropriate Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification recognized by SAQA.
Competencies
- Process Competencies: Problem-solving, planning and organizing, communication (verbal & written), and computer literacy.
- Technical Competencies: In-depth knowledge of human resource management functions, filing systems, relevant HR legislation, the Promotion of Access to Information Act, and the Promotion of Personal Information Act.
