The Office of the Chief Justice is currently offering a Personal Assistant position in the ICT unit, located at the National Office in Midrand. This role involves providing secretarial support and managing the office of the Chief Director.

Requirements
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Matric certificate and a three-year National Diploma in Secretariat/Office Management/Administration/Public Management or equivalent qualification at NQF level 6 with 360 credits as recognized by SAQA.
- Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in Secretariat.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license.

Duties
As a Personal Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the office of the Chief Director, including diary coordination.
- Providing secretarial support and document management.
- Offering technical support to the Chief Director and programme manager in the ICT unit.
- Coordinating shared secretariat support services for senior managers.
- Managing incoming and outgoing submissions within the ICT unit.
- Coordinating corporate support services activities and submissions of plans and reports.
