1. Investigator (Re-advertisement)
Location: South Africa
Contract Type: Permanent (12-month probation, extendable to 18 months)

Requirements:
- Degree or National Diploma in Law, Auditing, Forensic Accounting, or Forensic Investigations.
- At least three (3) years of investigative experience in forensic auditing, forensic investigations, or forensic accounting.
- Knowledge of the Public Protector SA legislative framework.
- Strong skills in auditing and investigation techniques.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proficiency in Case Management Systems (CMS) or similar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct investigations on maladministration, undue delays, and conduct failures.
- Develop investigation plans and apply forensic techniques.
- Implement Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms.
- Conduct legal research and compile investigation reports.
- Engage in public awareness campaigns and outreach activities.
2. Manager: Financial Accounting
Location: Head Office, Pretoria
Contract Type: Permanent
Remuneration: R849,702 – R1,000,908 per annum

Requirements:
- BCom in Financial Management and Accounting.
- Completion of a Trainee Accountant Programme in an accredited workplace.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience as a financial accountant, with three years at a managerial level.
- Proven experience in GRAP standards, PFMA, PPPFA, and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of SAP or SAGE accounting systems (advantageous).
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure financial compliance and oversee daily transactions.
- Monitor financial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and Annual Financial Statements.
- Engage with external auditors and handle audit queries.
- Provide mentorship to finance staff.
3. Provincial Representative
Location: Free State, Bloemfontein
Contract Type: Permanent
Remuneration: R1,436,022 – R1,474,434 per annum

Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in Law, Forensic Auditing, Forensic Accounting, or Investigations.
- Eight (8) years of experience, with five (5) years at a management level.
- Strong knowledge of public sector investigations and governance laws.
- Valid driver’s license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead investigations into maladministration and financial misconduct.
- Develop forensic reports and recommend corrective actions.
- Engage in public awareness and dispute resolution initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with public procurement and governance frameworks.
4. Investigator (Mthatha Regional Office – Re-advertisement)
Location: Eastern Cape, Mthatha
Contract Type: Permanent
Remuneration: R444,036 – R479,847 per annum

Requirements:
- Degree or National Diploma in Law, Auditing, Forensic Accounting, or Forensic Investigations.
- At least three (3) years of experience in forensic investigations.
- Knowledge of South African Public Administration and governance laws.
- Valid driver’s license.

- Develop investigative reports and apply dispute resolution techniques.
