Airlink is offering exciting new opportunities for youth and graduates through its On-the-Job Training, Apprenticeship, and Learnership programs. These initiatives aim to provide practical experience and skill development in the aviation industry.

Available Opportunities:
Apprentice (On-the-Job Training)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the maintenance of a fleet of modern turbine-powered aircraft across all disciplines during the On-the-Job Training (OJT).
Requirements:
- Completion of 35-week theoretical training at a reputable academy in mechanical, avionic, or applicable trades with a minimum pass mark of 75%.
- Grade 12/Matric Certificate or equivalent with at least 65% in pure Mathematics and Science.
- Hands-on maintenance experience on live aircraft within the AMO/Engineering environment.
Apprentice (First Year)
Responsibilities:
- Complete the first year of Basic Training at an approved facility in the selected trade.
Requirements:
- Minimum Grade 12/Matric Certificate with pure Mathematics and a Science subject result of 65% or greater.
- Engineering or Aircraft-related qualification.
- Must be unemployed and willing to commit to a 3-year apprenticeship program.
Learnership
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the administration of day-to-day operations within the assigned division.
Requirements:
- Minimum education requirement is a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
- Must be unemployed and pursuing a qualification that requires workplace experience for graduation (fields include Travel and Tourism, HR, Office Administration, or Business Management).
- A strong desire to work within the aviation industry.
