Clover is currently accepting applications for its Call Centre Learnership Programme for the year 2025. This program is designed for individuals looking to gain experience in a professional call centre environment while achieving an NQF qualification.

Programme Overview
Successful applicants will spend the duration of the learnership at Clover’s Call Centre offices in Constantia Park (Roodepoort) and will attend classes as prescribed. At the end of the learnership, participants will have gained valuable experience and achieved an NQF qualification.
Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Grade 12 or equivalent (NQF Level 4).
- Recent Matric: Must have completed Grade 12 between 2020 and 2024.
- Academic Performance: Average of 60% for English and Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy.
- Computer Literacy: Advanced computer skills are required.
- Employment Status: Currently unemployed.
- Previous Experience: Applicants must not have participated in a learnership before.
- Location Preference: Applicants from the West Rand surrounding areas are advantageous.

Duties and Responsibilities
As a Call Centre Learner, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-level customer service by handling inbound and outbound interactions.
- Resolving queries and complaints through relevant stakeholders.
- Capturing and confirming customer orders accurately and on time.
- Informing customers about account statuses and confirming orders according to standard operating procedures.
- Selling Clover products by offering new or additional items based on customer needs.
- Promoting teamwork and supporting team values during meetings.
