Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Administration
- Managing the Recruitment Inbox and processing applications.
- Conducting ITC checks via MIE.
- Tracking applicants for each vacancy.
- Coordinating interview schedules and processing payments for placement invoices.
Skills Development Administration
- Processing training-related invoices and resolving queries.
- Coordinating logistics for training events and initiatives.
- Assisting with performance review processes.
Induction Admin and Support
- Sending welcome emails to new hires.
- Coordinating the Induction programme.
- Booking developmental assessments.
Imfundo Trust Admin Support
- Coordinating Imfundo events, student meetings, and career fairs.
- Supporting annual student selection and other administrative tasks.
General Administration
- Maintaining HC SharePoint site and data accuracy.
- Assisting with general HR administrative tasks.
- Supporting ad hoc projects as needed.
Requirements to Apply
Qualifications:
- Matric (Grade 12) Certificate – Required.
- A strong interest in Human Capital (HR) and people management.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
