Palabora Copper (Pty) Ltd is inviting Ba-Phalaborwa Communities to apply for the Artisan Aide Skills Programme. Successful candidates will enter into a three-month fixed-term contract, with the potential opportunity to progress into an Artisan Development Learnership based on performance.

- Plater/Boilermaking (Ref No: SP-BOIL)
Selection and Qualifying Criteria
- Must have Grade 12.
- Must be an unemployed South African citizen who has not previously embarked on a similar training opportunity.
- Aged 18-35 years with no criminal record.
- Shortlisted applicants will undergo pre-screening assessments and interviews.
- Must be medically fit to work in all areas.

- Cover letter clearly indicating the discipline you are applying for.
- Certified copy of academic results (Nated course: Four subjects at N2/N3, NCV Level 3 Certificate with all seven subjects, or Technical Matric Certificate with Maths (E-symbol) and Physical Science (E-symbol)).
- Comprehensive Curriculum Vitae (CV).
- Certified copy of South African ID.
- Certified copy of Matric certificate.
- Proof of residential address for Ba-Phalaborwa communities (Maseke, Lulekani, Makhushane, Namakgale, Benfarm, Selwane, Mashishimale, Phalaborwa Town) – Municipal letter or Tribal Authority letter, certified by a Commissioner of Oaths.
