This 18-month program is designed to provide hands-on experience at our corporate office in the Western Cape, allowing students to collaborate with key teams including Quality Assurance, Buying, Marketing, and Visual Merchandise.

- Educational Background: N6 qualification in Clothing Production, Fashion, Marketing, Business Management, or Retail Operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance Support:
- Monitor product quality standards in alignment with company specifications.
- Conduct product inspections and report on quality discrepancies.
- Assist with documentation related to quality checks.
- Buying Team Support:
- Assist in sample management, fitting, and critical path alignment.
- Help prepare for seasonal buying and maintain master data.
- Marketing and Visual Merchandise:
- Contribute to marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends.
- Assist in organizing promotional activities.
- Retail Operations/Business Management:
- Gain exposure to daily retail operations.
- Analyze sales data and support promotional strategies.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative assistance across teams.
- Manage schedules and prepare necessary documentation.
