The DynamX Trainee Program is designed to grow and develop graduates by building technical capability aligned with their career aspirations while providing cross-functional experience within a fast-paced corporate environment.
About the Program
- Duration: A highly competitive 24-month program consisting of segmented fixed-term contracts.
- Progression: Robust evaluations will determine progression through each phase of the program.
- Rotational Cycles: Participants will experience 6-month rotational cycles, gaining exposure to various teams within the respective business area.
- Learning Approach: The program follows the 70-20-10 rule, where individuals learn:
- 70% from challenging experiences and projects,
- 20% from developmental relationships,
- 10% from coursework and training.
- Empowerment: The program encourages participants to solve challenges in innovative ways, take risks, and unlock opportunities.

Profile
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in areas such as:
- Finance
- Psychology or HR-related degrees
- Marketing
- Technology
- Engineering
- Supply Chain Management
- Logistics
Experience Requirements:
- No more than 2 years of total full-time formal working experience by the program start date (internships, vacation work, and short-duration contracts do not apply).
- A completed bachelor’s degree (from a recognized institution) achieved within the requisite timeframe.
- Legal work authorization (full citizenship) in the country.
- Geographical mobility within South Africa.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
