Responsibilities
As a Work Integrated Learner, your responsibilities will include:
- Shadowing various staff members and participating in learning experiences.
- Attending meetings and workshops to gain exposure to multiple functions within procurement.
- Communicating with customers to understand their needs and keeping them updated on progress.
- Serving as the central contact point for supplier and end-user queries, ensuring timely resolution.
- Providing general administrative support, research, and assistance.
- Producing reports in MS Office Word and/or PowerPoint that clearly communicate deliverables.
