This 12-month programme will cover key areas including:

• Milk Reception
• Nature of Milk
• Food Safety
• Housekeeping
• Cleaning in Place (CIP)
• Cleaning Out of Place (COP)
• Additional related modules

Requirements:

• Youth aged between 18 and 29 years
• Grade 12 / Matric qualification
• Unemployed South African citizens
• No prior work experience required
