Responsibilities
- Structured Rotations: Graduates will rotate across multiple business units to understand how data drives decision-making across the bank.
- Technical Training: Intensive training in SQL, Power BI, Python, and data warehousing, alongside exposure to emerging technologies such as cloud-based analytics and AI-driven insights.
- Professional Development: Workshops on communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving to ensure that you can translate data into actionable business intelligence.
- Mentorship & Support: You will be paired with a senior professional for guidance, career coaching, and performance feedback.

- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple systems.

- Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and regular MI reports using tools such as SQL and Power BI.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
- Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with business units (Finance, Coverage (Network), Segment (Customer Solutions), Risk) to understand their information needs.
- Present findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support decision-making by providing timely and relevant outputs.
- Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes and data flows.
- Contribute to projects that improve data quality, governance, and accessibility.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and analytical methods to drive innovation.
- Ensure outputs meet regulatory requirements and internal audit standards.
- Support risk management teams by providing accurate and timely data insights.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
