Minimum Requirements
- This position is suited to a hands-on leader with strong organisational and people management skills, holding a National Senior Certificate and bringing 3-5 years' experience in a production or stores environment , including at least one year in a supervisory or managerial role .
Responsibilities
- Falcon is seeking an experienced Assembly Shop Supervisor to oversee the final assembly area, stores, and dispatch of finished goods and spare parts, ensuring efficient workflow, quality output, and on-time delivery. The role focuses on coordinating staff activities, monitoring production performance, maintaining inventory control, and enforcing quality , health and safety , and housekeeping standards .
