Systems Controller: (Financial Systems: Bas)

Minimum Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of Financial Systems: BAS & LOGIS. Leadership skills. Analytical Thinking. Planning and organisational skills. Diversity management. Report writing. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. An aptitude for figure work. Meeting and presentation skills. Project Management skills.
  • Valid Code EB drivers’ licence.
  • Appropriate supervisory experience within a similar environment.
  • An appropriate 3-year National Diploma/Degree.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and declare user account activity on BAS, security profiles/code Block. Monitor of source systems interfacing & system response. Liaise/interact with PT wrt system requirements & enhancements. Helpdesk Administration. Issue written/electronic financial system procedures/policies. Compile correspondences wrt A/G COMAF. Provide system input wrt disclosures relating to AFS. Provide training of sub-ordinates and BAS users.
