  • Support Product Managers in the design, development, and enhancement of card products across their lifecycle, from concept through launch, optimisation and retirement.
  • Assist with product continuum and product lifecycle management, including market assessments, pricing considerations, feature enhancements and portfolio optimisation.
  • Conduct product economics and financial analysis, including cost, revenue, margin and profitability assessments to support informed product decisions.
  • Support the development of business cases for new card products, features, or enhancements by compiling data, analysing assumptions and evaluating financial impacts.
  • Analyse customer behaviour, usage trends and transaction data to identify opportunities for product improvements and growth within card solutions.
  • Assist with pricing analysis, fee structures and value propositions to ensure alignment with customer needs, competitive positioning, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, risk, operations, finance and technology) to support product delivery and implementation activities.
  • Contribute to the monitoring and reporting of product performance metrics, including volumes, revenue, cost drivers and customer uptake.
  • Support process documentation, product governance, and compliance activities, ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulatory standards.
  • Prepare presentations, dashboards and reports that communicate insights, product performance and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the card product environment.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings and regulatory developments in card payments and consumer banking.
