Job Description
As a Communications Support Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Event Support: Assisting in the planning and execution of events, including designing invitations and managing follow-up communications.
- Digital Communication: Writing and curating engaging external social media posts to enhance employer branding, as well as contributing to internal communication platforms.
- Media Creation: Developing communication materials such as presentations, posters, and banners to support various initiatives.
- Platform Updates: Updating and maintaining digital communication platforms, including the intranet, website, and other relevant spaces.
- Campaign and Project Support: Collaborating with the communications team on campaigns and projects, providing necessary support and input.
Educational Requirements
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Recent graduate with a diploma or degree in Communications, Public Relations, Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- Preferred Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience in communications, marketing, or event planning is preferred but not mandatory.
