Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC) is seeking a Finance Graduate to join their team on a 1-year Fixed Term Contract. This position offers a valuable opportunity for recent graduates to gain practical experience in finance and contribute to the financial administration of the organization.

Reporting To: Finance Manager
Main Purpose of the Position
To provide finance administration and support to the finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the Finance Team.
- Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist with weekly cash ups.
- Support credit card payments processing.
- Open and maintain manual files for each event.
- Reconcile all relevant documentation for each cash up.
- Assist with credit notes and compile the Credit Note Register.
- Ensure credit notes are processed in line with company policy.
- Maintain accurate records, making them readily accessible.
- Assist with Weekly Trans-cash duties.
- Carry out other ad-hoc duties as required.
Minimum Qualification and Experience
- Education: National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Financial Management or Management Accounting.
- Ability to function effectively under work and time pressure.
- Strong interpersonal relations with clients and colleagues.
- Punctual with sound health and self-discipline.
- Computer literate, proficient in MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to collate, update, and maintain information, requiring interpretative skills and understanding of general clerical procedures.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Good attention to detail.
