The Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) is accepting applications for its Internship Programme for the 2025 academic year. This program offers an excellent opportunity for interns to support various programmatic areas and contribute to improving health systems and access to care.

Responsibilities
Interns will engage in a variety of tasks, including:
- Research, Forecasting, & Data Analysis: Conduct targeted research and data analysis to support decision-making and programmatic strategies.
- Project Support: Assist in developing and implementing health initiatives, tracking progress, monitoring outcomes, and preparing reports.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work with CHAI teams across departments to brainstorm innovative solutions to health challenges.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with government agencies, healthcare partners, and local organizations to facilitate project execution.
- Documentation & Reporting: Help create reports, presentations, and document best practices for scaling successful programs.
- Operational Support: Assist with event planning logistics, finance, communication, and administrative tasks.

Qualifications
Ideal candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant post-graduate degree program (e.g., public health, international development, economics) or final year undergraduate students are also welcome to apply.
- Strong passion for CHAI’s mission and interest in global health challenges.
- Ability to conduct research and analyze data using standard software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office); familiarity with data analysis tools is advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact effectively with diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment; proactive learning and solution-oriented mindset are valued.
- Must be comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively.

- Duration: 8-16 weeks (full-time).
