About the Competition Tribunal
The Tribunal is part of the South African Competition Authority, acting as the court of first instance in competition matters. It decides on mergers, cartels, and abuse of dominance cases brought by the Competition Commission or complainants.

Key Responsibilities
HR Administration:
- Update internal databases with new employee information.
- Maintain up-to-date personnel files.
- Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including scheduling interviews.
- Support termination and onboarding processes.
- Ensure timely completion of reference and criminal record checks.
- Handle health and safety queries.
- Prepare documentation for meetings and HR events.
- Assist with HR-related reports and event planning.
- Support the implementation of Employee Wellness initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Diploma in Human Resources; a Bachelor’s degree is advantageous.
- Software Skills: Knowledge of Sage 300 People is beneficial.
- Experience: Previous HR experience is advantageous but not required.
- Personal Attributes:
- Clear criminal record.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong planning, organizing, and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
