The Government Technical Advisory Centre (GTAC) is offering an exciting opportunity for graduates through its 24-month internship programme aimed at enhancing skills and providing valuable work experience in the field of economics.

Purpose of the Role
The internship programme provides unemployed graduates with the chance to develop their skills while gaining practical experience that complements their qualifications.
Qualifications
- A completed Master’s degree in Economics or Econometrics.
- Candidates should have a strong interest in pursuing a career within GTAC and/or the Public Service.
- A good academic record with a minimum overall average of 60%.
- Candidates must be between the ages of 18-35 years and should not have participated in any prior internship programmes.
- Theoretical understanding of applied microeconomics tools and methodologies.
- Some familiarity with economic and/or social infrastructure sectors, along with research and analysis skills.
- Applicants must be computer literate.

This is an internship programme, and key learning areas will be outlined in the Learning Agreement provided to successful candidates.
