Purpose of the Program
As a Supply Chain Intern, you will report directly to the Intrinsic Quality Manager at the Adam Tas Cluster. This role provides valuable exposure to various aspects of the supply chain process, enhancing your skills and knowledge in a dynamic work environment.
Key Learning Areas
- Quality Control and Assurance: Gain practical experience in intrinsic and extrinsic control processes and Quality Management Systems.
- Research: Engage in research activities that contribute to continuous improvement of processes.
- Production: Learn about production workflows and support operations within the cluster.
Requirements
- South African Citizenship: This is a South African-based internship.
- Academic Qualifications: Must be in your final year or have completed a relevant tertiary qualification such as:
- National Diploma in Food Technology/Analytical Chemistry
- BSc in Biotechnology
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills are required.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication and presentation abilities.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Pressure Handling: Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Physical Demands: Ability to cope with the physical demands of the position.
