Key Responsibilities
Packaging and Dispatch:
- Manually package finished products (minted coins, blank coins, cast bars, wires, discs) after quality checks.
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, and labeling of products according to customer specifications and timelines.
Inventory Control:
- Assist in tracking stock movements, performing regular stock counts, and updating storage systems in real-time.
Quality Checks:
- Ensure outgoing products meet company quality standards and assist in resolving any discrepancies.
Customer Service Support:
- Provide accurate order status updates to customers and assist in managing delivery timelines.
Process Improvement:
- Identify efficiencies in the final storage and dispatch process and help implement cost-saving strategies.
Safety Compliance:
- Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures when handling precious metal products.
Minimum Requirements
Education:
- Completed Matric qualification.
- BTech/Advanced Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
- BCom in Supply Chain Management.
- Achieved an overall average of 70% or higher at tertiary level.
Skills and Competencies
Computer Proficiency:
- MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- SAP, SharePoint, Educos, IsoMetrix.
Soft Skills:
- Results-driven with quality and safety awareness.
