This program aims to provide on-the-job training necessary for completing P1/P2 qualifications and pursuing careers in the mining and minerals sector.

Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Citizenship and Gender: Unemployed female South African citizen.
- Educational Status: Currently a student at a University of Technology qualifying for P1/P2.
- Educational Background: Grade 12 with Mathematics Pure and Physical Science.
- Driver’s License: National Driver’s License or Learner’s License.
- Work Experience: Must not have undergone previous work experience (P1/P2 or vacation work).
- P1/P2 Requirement: P1/P2 must be a requirement for graduation.
