Minimum Requirements
- BCom degree or equivalent in finance or accounting.
- 10 years’ Experience in an accounting/ financial environment with at least 5 years in management capacity
- A management qualification will be an added advantage
- Professional Certification (CA) (SA) or (CIMA) or (ACCA) will be an added advantage.
- Computer literacy with extensive SAP experience
- Inventory, Procurement and Accounts Management experience
- Knowledge and Primary Duties Compiling and overseeing of the departmental annual budgets and forecasts.
- Financial performance data and costs reporting and management.
- Developing and implementing financial strategies to achieve the department’s long-term objectives.
- Departmental Assets, inventory, financial and procurement management
- Providing meaningful and accurate feedback on budget variance reporting
- Supervising and managing section employees.
- Managing the Rand Water Main Store based at Central Depot
